Safety & precautions
in the studio

The health & safety of our clients is our top priority at Taylor Photography + Print. we are taking all precautions advised by the Professional Photographers of America and the cdc to maintain a sterile environment at the studio.

Adherence to sanitation protocols
Standard sanitation protocols prior to each client will include but not be limited to:

- Washing hands regularly before and after photographic sessions
- Sanitation of all props, chairs, benches with which a client may come into contact
- Sanitation of restroom/dressing facilities in-studio
- Sanitation of common areas, including door knobs (interior and exterior), counter tops, pens and pencils, tablets and monitors
- Removal of unnecessary paper products or décor (magazines, newspapers, extraneous sales materials)

The use of PPE such as masks will be used while working with clients.

We will clean and then disinfect frequently touched surfaces and objects (e.g., phones, personal electronic devices, remote controls, tables, countertops, light switches, doorknobs, and cabinet handles).

Items will be laundered using the warmest appropriate water setting for the items and dried completely.

All studio employees, photographic assistants, and independent contractors who are sick are expected to stay home. All have received training and educational materials available through the CDC website on proper sanitation, hand washing, cough and sneeze etiquette, use of PPE, and other protective behaviors. Break rooms or other areas of the studio will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

Photographers will be using no-touch posing methods when at all possible.

Photographers will hold to strict appointment times, allowing sufficient time to sanitize photographic equipment and common areas after each client session. Only one client will be allowed in studio facilities at any given time. If the session is held offsite, only one client (and family) should be staged in the immediate area. Photo shoots will be limited to one subject only.

Any Client or family member with a fever exceeding 100.4 degrees should be rescheduled. Temperature checks will take place for clients prior to session.
